Nicola currently holds a Masters in Global Mental Health from the University of Glasgow and is enrolled at the University of California to obtain her Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Certificate. Through Catalyst’s supervision program Nicola is gaining hands on work experience as an interventionist, learning to support children of various ages with their in-home goals and programming.

Nicola is passionate about helping others, especially those in need of mental health and behaviour supports. She has experience in supporting persons with mental and physical disabilities who reside in group home settings. Nicola is excited to eventually become fully certified by the BACB after completing her fieldwork experience.
