Marsha has been providing therapeutic care and family-centred programs to empower clients since 2005. She started her career as a Physiotherapist in the United Arab Emirates at a special needs centre. During her experience here Marsh was open to learning and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team in implementing ABA strategies. Marsha was awarded a certificate of participation at the Saudi Autism Society’s Special Olympics for supporting one of her students to win first place at a competition.

Marsha lives in Edmonton, Alberta where she has worked with Catalyst Behaviour Services for several years. She is eager to add trauma informed ABA practices to her already impressive repertoire of knowledge within the autism field. Marsha is passionate about creating positive connections with her clients, empowering individuals to be included in their communities, and continuing her life’s purpose for supporting individuals with diverse needs.

Marsha remains committed to advancing her career and skills as she works toward international certification as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
