Leah is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) who provides comprehensive behaviour support across diverse environments, including schools, homes, and community settings. She became internationally certified in 2024 after completing her Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Specializing in autism spectrum disorder, speech delays, disruptive behaviour disorders, and various developmental delays, Leah applies evidence-based practices to promote meaningful change.

With training in Skill-Based Treatment (SBT), Pre-School Life Skills (PLS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Leah excels in conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) and using educational curriculums such as the ABLLS, AFLS, and VB-MAPP to create personalized interventions. Her approach focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of challenging behaviour, guiding clients toward more adaptive and functional alternatives.

Leah is dedicated to fostering collaborative relationships with families, educators, and other professionals, ensuring a holistic and trauma-informed approach to care. Her passion lies in creating a safe, supportive, and regulating environment where children can thrive while developing essential life skills that effectively replace challenging behaviours.
