Kayode holds a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Business Management, both with distinction, from San Francisco Bay University. After relocating to Edmonton, Kayode worked as a Behaviour Support Worker which sparked his passion for the field of behavior analysis. Kayode is currently pursuing the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) verified course sequence at the Florida Institute of Technology, with an expected completion in 2026. He has experience working with children and youth in both group home settings and 1:1 therapy, utilizing Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) strategies and offering consultation to parents.
