Harleen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology from MacEwan University, followed by a Certificate of Achievement in Behavioural Interventions (BICA). She recently completed a Master of Professional Education in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Western University and is now actively working to grow practical expertise in the field.

With a strong research background and a passion for evidence-based practice, Harleen brings a thoughtful, data-driven approach to her work. Her experience also includes four years working with Autistic adults to develop independent living skills, reinforcing her focus on fostering autonomy and self-determination. She now applies these principles when providing in-home services to Catalyst families, seeking to support children and youth in building essential skills for independence and confidence in their everyday environments.
