Okonye Donald Nwabueze is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) with over six years of experience in the field. Donald worked in both group home and clinical settings administering Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programs in the United States before relocating to Alberta. Starting in a caregiver role, Donald eventually decided to pursue his RBT certification so he could focus on implementing behavioural programming to his clients and honing his interventionist skills.

Passionate about empowering individuals with developmental and intellectual challenges to reach their goals, Donald hopes to someday pursue international ABA certification. Donald strongly believes in trauma informed care for the individuals he supports, and is adept at implementing interventions that are tailored to his client’s personal needs.
